I am thankful for...sledding.
Today was snow day #2 for the kids. They were eager to get back out and enjoy some more sledding down the big hill behind our house (it's actually in the amenities area of our neighborhood behind the tennis courts...great area for sledding!). Now, before anyone calls the coat and hat police, let me say that Ethan was dressed in layers and did have on a hat (and a coat with a hood). He was dressed so warmly, in fact, that after sledding down and climbing back up the hill numerous times, he got hot. Let it be known that he did not go without his heavy coat and toboggan for very long. There. See...I am not a bad mama. Suffice it to say, by the look on his face, Ethan was having a blast. You can't buy that happiness, people.
